Methods and Techniques
Our Chiropractic Physicians are well trained in the following methods and techniques:
Activator
This technique utilizes a small spring-loaded adjusting instrument to deliver a focused corrective impulse into the dysfunctional spinal segment.
Active Release Technique (ART)
A patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement-based massage technique.
Flexion-Distraction
Method of applying manually controlled distraction or stretching to specific spinal segments with the assistance of a moveable table.

Pro-Adjuster
The Pro-Adjuster measures precise levels of motion and adjusts the spine accordingly.
Thompson Drop
An adjustment performed on a table in which the supporting cushions of the table drop an inch or two when a thrust is applied to the spine.
Therapies
